These sessions are offered occasionally as special seminars when Alex and Rob come together. Each experience is unique and intentionally created to provide a powerful group healing environment. These sessions will be announced in advance and will be able to be booked when available.

I have been working in the health and fitness world for over 4 decades, and have used breathing techniques for myself and my students.
